I cannot login to the VPN

Did you approve the 2FA message from the Onelogin Protect App? Are your credentials correct?

When I double-click on a box in the Control section of the CC, I cannot access the box layer

Did you apply the cluster repository objects on the firewall configuration? If not, the vLDAP configuration is not active on the firewall and authentication is not possible.
